 Order In The Courts
Shofars, tambourines, banners, flags, and dancers-what are we supposed to do with all these expressions of worship and praise the people are bringing into the sanctuary? As a pastor, should I simply get out of the way and let them have at it? If I do, it could be chaos; but if I try to bring some direction I’ll be seen as unspiritual and a control freak! Do the dancers and banners really need to take over the entire sanctuary in order to express their love to God? These questions and more, along with some practical suggestions for dealing with these issues are the subject of this work.
