MIEL SAN MARCOS

Miel San Marcos is one of the most transcendent Christian bands in contemporary Latin music. It was founded in 2000 by three brothers, Josh, Luis and Samy Morales, in the city of San Marcos, Guatemala. With Twelve record productions, they have toured the world sharing their many original hits such as: No Hay Lugar Más Alto, Danzo En El Río, Levántate Señor, Proezas, Increíble, Agradecido, Amamos Tu Presencia, Yo Creo, Yeshua El sonido de Libertad, Fiesta, Libre, Mi Libertador, Grande y Fuerte, among others.

During its career, the band has toured more than 25 countries and around 80 cities in America, the Caribbean, Europe and Asia, reaching a new generation that seeks deep intimacy with God.

In 2012, the Guatemalan group made history with their live recording titled “Proezas,” which brought together thousands of attendees at the Anaheim Convention Center Arena. During 2014, Miel San Marcos made history again by being one of the few groups to bring together more than 17 thousand people in La Arena Mexico City for the recording Como en el Cielo. In 2016, they released their first studio album titled Tu Habitación; in 2017, their production Pentecostés, recorded live at Madison Square Garden, in New York City, in 2022 They celebrated 2 decades of ministry with the live recording of the commemorative album EVANGELIO recorded at the Crypto Arena in the city of Los Angeles with an audience of 20 thousand people.

The projects Pentecostés, Como en El Cielo and Tu Cámara debuted at #1 on iTunes Latino, as well as in the top 10 of Billboard Latin Music. In addition, they have been recognized with multiple awards including 4 Dove Awards (USA), 2 Arpa Awards (Mexico), Arca Award (Venezuela), Vision Music Award (Guatemala) Monitor Awards (Colombia) and a Latin GRAMMY nomination.

In 2022, the Morales brothers launched their first literary work, Señor, Enséñanos a Adorar (Lord, Teach Us to Worship) with the purpose of sharing experiences and teachings that, for more than two decades, they have learned and continue to learn. Each of them have been an inspiration to serve God with passion.

Miel San Marcos continues to share the message of Salvation through nights of praise, worship and evangelism in the different cities in which it is presented, however it also does so in a tangible way through its own foundation FAITH and LOVE building houses for families in need, and at the same time supporting orphanages, hospitals and social works in his country Guatemala and other nations.
