Integrity Music Welcomes Brad Moist as Vice President of A&R and Development

Christian record label Integrity Music welcomes industry veteran Brad Moist as vice president of A&R and development. In this role, Moist will scout and develop new talent and continue to grow existing relationships with Integrity Music’s artist roster, while also shaping the creative direction of the label.

With more than 24 years of music business experience, Moist has been an industry leader in artist development, branding, and marketing. Most recently, he served as senior A&R, brand, and marketing manager for Gotee Records, where he played a key role in directing the careers of Terrian, Cochren & Co., Hollyn, Finding Favour, Capital Kings, and many other Christian artists representing diverse musical styles.

Moist also created and ran the Mono Vs Stereo imprint label at Gotee, signing and developing breakout acts such as The Showdown, Chasing Victory, Maylene & the Sons of Disaster, and others.

Moist’s leadership at Gotee extended to radio promotion, where for the past 14 years he spearheaded campaigns with radio partners nationwide, delivering chart‑topping successes. These include this year’s hit “No Fear by Jon Reddick— a 10‑week consecutive multi‑chart #1, Cochren & Co.’s 2023 multi-week #1 single Running Home, and Ryan Stevenson’s 2016 smash Eye of the Storm featuring GabeReal, which became the longest consecutive multi‑chart #1 of that year, earning an RIAA Gold certification and a Dove Award.

“As Integrity Music continues to expand its footprint, our ability to attract talent and develop artist relationships are more important than ever,” said Blaine Barcus, president of Integrity Music. “Brad has the broad experience in A&R, development, and promotion that will make a positive impact immediately. His heart is aligned with our mission of impacting the world with excellent music that points listeners to Jesus.”

“I am honored to join Integrity Music and bring my background and experience to the label,” Moist said. “Blaine Barcus is an industry colleague I have admired for a long time, and I am truly grateful for the opportunity to join his team. The label’s heart for helping people encounter the power of music that points to the King is paramount. With a rich history that speaks for itself and a top‑notch team, Integrity has been rebuilding an artist roster that I am privileged to serve. I am equally excited about the future of the label and the bold steps they are willing to take to get there.”

Moist will report to Barcus and lead the A&R team, consisting of Gilbert Nanlohy, Senior A&R and Global Partnerships Director; and Taylor Brady, A&R Director.  Additionally, in his new role, Moist will work closely with the marketing and commercial partnerships teams to help drive release strategy and long-term artist development in alignment with Integrity Music’s mission to resource and impact the global Church.
